Dr. Edward Hellman's Local Seminar a Great Success

On March 8, Dr. Edward Hellman, a double board-certified physician with the Spine and Scoliosis Center at Georgia Sports Medicine, held a dinner seminar to discuss common spinal problems and the modern advances in their treatment. An eager group of attendees showed up ready to learn more via Hellman’s presentation and question/answer session.
Topics that Dr. Hellman discussed included:
- Artificial Disc Replacement
- X-Stop Spinal Decompression
- Endoscopic LASER Disc Surgery
- Kyphoplasty
- Spinal Cord Stimulation
- New Implants for Degenerative Disc Disease
This event was Dr. Hellman’s second seminar. The first was held in August 2010 at the UGA Tifton Campus Conference Center.
